Who we are

L-Tech Automation Sdn Bhd is an independent MRO spare-parts sourcing specialist based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. When a factory has a machine down, we find the replacement part and get it moving — fast, and without being tied to any single manufacturer. Since 2002 we've helped more than 150 factories across Malaysia cut downtime by sourcing the components they can't get quickly anywhere else.

Our story

We started in 2002 as a small trading house supplying industrial printer components. Working alongside factories, we kept running into the same problem: when a critical part failed, plants were stuck with long lead times with restrictive, single-manufacturer supply channels — while the line sat idle and the losses added up by the hour.

So we changed what we did. We went independent and brand-agnostic, and built the supplier network and sourcing know-how to track down almost any industrial component — current, obsolete, or hard-to-find — and get it to the customer as fast as possible. That shift is still the heart of the business: we work for the factory, not for a manufacturer's catalogue.

WHAT WE DO TODAY

We source and supply industrial spare parts for more than 150 factories across Malaysia, handling part requests every day. We work across all the major automation and machinery brands, covering PLCs, HMIs, sensors, servo systems, drives, relays, pneumatics, and full machine replacement parts.

For common items held locally, we often turn a breakdown around the same day in the Klang Valley. For rare or overseas parts, we handle the sourcing and import — including customs — so you don't have to.
