Yes — it's one of our core strengths. We regularly track down components that are no longer readily available locally or have gone end-of-life: obsolete PLCs, drives, control cards, and more. Send us the model number even if the manufacturer has discontinued it. There's a strong chance we can still locate the original or propose a suitable equivalent.

Both. Where the OEM part is available, we supply genuine. Where it's discontinued — or the OEM lead time is longer than your line can afford — we can propose a verified, suitable equivalent to keep you running. Either way, we tell you clearly which one you're getting before you commit.

For parts held locally, same-day turnaround in the Klang Valley is common. For sourced or imported items, we give you a realistic lead time up front so you can plan around the downtime rather than waiting in the dark. Usually it is within 4 days delivered to your doorstep

Yes — we deliver nationwide. Since we will need to ship it to areas further than greater KL, we will need an extra 2 days to deliver. For parts not available in Malaysia, we can source and import from overseas suppliers, including handling the customs clearance, so a hard-to-find foreign component still reaches your floor.

Yes, and many of our customers do. They keep the in-house team for day-to-day work and use us for what we're fastest at: spare-part sourcing, obsolete and hard-to-find items, urgent breakdown support and part stocking. We work alongside your team, not instead of it.

Yes. Depending on the issue and location, we can provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting alongside supplying the part. Do message us and we can advice.

Genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty; sourced and equivalent items are covered per the terms confirmed at quotation.
